从实体库中拖拽出实体:2个发生器,3个处理器,4个传送带,5个暂存区,3个货架,5辆叉车,1个任务分配器,4个吸收器。拖出来的模型布局,以及命名方式如图 2和表 1所示。

Drag and drop entities from the entity library: 2 generators, 3 processors, 4 conveyors, 5 staging areas, 3 shelves, 5 forklifts, 1 task distributor, 4 absorbers. The layout of the dragged model and its naming are shown in Figure 2 and Table 1.

将实体按照下列顺序连接起来:
A连接:发生器连接处理器1,处理器1分别连接处理器2和处理器3。处理器2分别连接合成器1、合成器2、合成器3以及暂存区1;处理器3连接暂存区2。暂存区2连接吸收器4。暂存区1分别连接传送带2~4,传送带2~4分别连接货架1~3。发生器2分别于合成器1~3相连。货架1分别与合成器1~3相连,货架2分别与合成器1~3相连,货架3同样。分配器分别与叉车1~3相连。合成器1与暂存区3相连,合成器2与暂存区4相连,合成器3与暂存区5相连。暂存区3与吸收器1和吸收器4相连,暂存区4与吸收器2和吸收器4相连,暂存区5与吸收器3和吸收器4相连。
S连接:叉车4与暂存区1相连,操作人员1~3分别与传送带2~4相连,分配器分别与货架1~3相连,叉车5分别于合成器1~3相连。模型最终布局如图 3所示。
Connect the entities in the following order:
A connection: The generator is connected to processor 1, and processor 1 is connected to processor 2 and processor 3 respectively. Generator 2 is connected to synthesizers 1 to 3 respectively. Shelf 1 is connected to synthesizers 1 to 3 respectively, shelf 2 is connected to synthesizers 1 to 3 respectively, and shelf 3 is the same. The distributors are respectively connected with the forklifts 1~3. The synthesizer 1 is connected to the temporary storage area 3, the synthesizer 2 is connected to the temporary storage area 4, and the synthesizer 3 is connected to the temporary storage area 5. Temporary storage area 3 is connected with absorber 1 and absorber 4, temporary storage area 4 is connected with absorber 2 and absorber 4, and temporary storage area 5 is connected with absorber 3 and absorber 4.
S connection: Forklift 4 is connected to temporary storage area 1, operators 1 to 3 are connected to conveyor belts 2 to 4, distributors are connected to shelves 1 to 3, and forklift 5 is connected to combiners 1 to 3. The final layout of the model is shown in Figure 3.

参数设置
发生器参数设置
双击发生器1打开参数设置页面,单击Source选项卡,将Intet-Arrivaltime(到达时间间隔)设置为泊松分布,possion(30,1)。设置结果如图 4所示。

Double-click generator 1 to open the parameter setting page, click the Source tab, and set the Intet-Arrivaltime to Poisson distribution, possion(30,1). The setting result is shown in Figure 4

设置货物颜色和类型。在Source1参数设置对话框中,单击Triggers(触发器)选项卡,在On Creation(创建触发)的下拉菜单中,选择Set Item Type and Color(设置类型和颜色),将ItemType设置为均匀分布,duniform(1,5),设置结果如图 5所示。
Set the cargo color and type. In the Source1 parameter setting dialog, click the Triggers tab, in the On Creation drop-down menu, select Set Item Type and Color, set the ItemType to Evenly Distributed, duniform(1,5), the setting result is shown in Figure 5.

双击Source2打开参数设置页面,单价Source选项卡,在Flow Item Class(临时实体种类)的下拉菜单中选择Pallet(托盘)。设置结果如图 6所示。
